One of the focuses for me this year is promoting good health and wellbeing. That starts with more moving meetings and I encourage my team to do the same.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span spantype=\"color\" >We started last week, and six team members from my Brisbane office joined me as we walked down through the botanical gardens to South Bank. Our hour and a half out of the office was spent walking and planning for the new year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span spantype=\"color\" >Health and well-being are too important to not be prioritizing it where you can. It affects every aspect of your life, and it\u2019s not sustainable to not be listening to your body and giving it what it needs to be in top form.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span spantype=\"color\" >I really enjoyed this meeting format and am looking forward to more moving meetings<\/span><\/p>\n<\/article>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u200bWellbeing shouldn\u2019t be an afterthought.
