There I was able to do some pretty amazing things:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span spantype=\"color\" >\u2728 I met some amazing people who have shaped me personally and professionally.<\/span><br \/><span spantype=\"color\" >\u2728 Put myself out there both in person and on the internet (even when uncomfortable). (When I was recruiting previously it was through covid, so I never had the opportunity to meet clients or candidates face to face \u2013 and this is my favourite part of my job!)<\/span><br \/><span spantype=\"color\" >\u2728 Went to a work conference on Hamilton Island.<\/span><br \/><span spantype=\"color\" >\u2728 Recruited within industries I never imagined and absolutely loved it! (The broad world of IT, Operational Technology, Legal, Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction, and government).<\/span><br \/><span spantype=\"color\" >\u2728 And celebrated some pretty great milestones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span spantype=\"color\" >What did I learn last year?<\/span><br \/><span spantype=\"color\" >  The importance of having supportive connections whether its family, friends, colleagues or acquaintances.<\/span><br \/><span spantype=\"color\" >  It\u2019s okay to ask for help.<\/span><br \/><span spantype=\"color\" >  I am more resilient than I thought, each time change was thrown at me, I was able to get through it.<\/span><br \/><span spantype=\"color\" >  Changing jobs was the best move I made in 2022, having mentors and colleagues that challenge you and support you on a professional and personal level is crucial for your growth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span spantype=\"color\" >We are back in the office for 2023 and I am excited to be hitting the ground running!\u00a0If you are looking for your next Business Support role, reach out today and I can assist you with a confidential conversation about your future and how we can get you there (0419 006 395).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/article>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u200b2022 was a year defined by change!
