Resultingly, many men suffer in silence through both physical and mental hardship. This strain decreases their quality of life pushes away the people who want to support them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span spantype=\"color\" >Livin promotes an important message: \u2018It ain\u2019t weak to speak\u2019. This slogan helps break the stigma surrounding men\u2019s mental health. It is not a weakness to speak up when things are going wrong, but instead a sign of strength.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span spantype=\"color\" >This month empire group are checking in with the men in our lives and reminding them that we value them beyond their demonstrations of strength.
