At the time our survey found that 65% of people wanted flexible work, and only 9% of people wanted to work in the office.<\/span><br \/><span spantype=\"color\" ><\/span><br \/><span spantype=\"color\" >Flash forward to today, and 14% of surveyed respondents said they want to be working in the office, with an additional 30% reporting that they are working in the office because their employer wants them to.<\/span><br \/><span spantype=\"color\" ><\/span><br \/><span spantype=\"color\" >As we renavigate what our workplaces look like post covid, this desire for flexibility has turned into an expectation. Now 38% of people expect flexible working arrangements.
