April O’Dempsey’s 2023 Conference

​Every year empire group holds their annual conference, and Michelle Sneesby acknowledges her high performers at an awards dinner.

This year I was lucky enough to be amongst the group that she acknowledged for my work recruiting in the Legal Support space in Brisbane.

Receiving feedback (and acknowledgment) at work is something I have found really important in my career. It is what gives me the tools to succeed and is something that almost all candidates I talk to are after from their firm.

Legal support are often the unsung heroes of law firms and aren’t given the continual feedback or acknowledgement they deserve. But I also work with many firms that understand how fundamental legal support are for the running and growth of a law firm.

Thank you so much to Michelle for the recognition of my work last week. I look forward to assisting many more people with their recruitment needs this year.
