Today we take the time to celebrate women and the importance of their health and fitness.
This day of promotion falls on the last Wednesday of September and usually encourages physical activity as the main source of wellbeing. Whilst remaining active is important and crucial for a healthy life, so is managing your mental health. Today we should acknowledge the important link between physical and mental health and understand that working on both is essential!
