Reading a McKinsey Article from Sept recently a few facts stood out as to why employees are leaving their roles.
“The top three reasons for quitting were they didn’t feel valued by their organisations (54 percent) or their managers (52 percent) or because they didn’t feel a sense of belonging at work (51 percent)”
We can never underestimate the value of human connection, we all desire to feel valued and that what we are doing has a purpose.
