Mental wellness is crucial to a healthy and happy life. As forced lockdowns have challenged our mindsets, we must ask ourselves what we can do to create a more balanced headspace for ourselves. This guide was made to encourage healthy habits. Inside you will find tips on meditation, self-care, yummy recipes, and some other helpful tools to help improve your mindset. Whilst I recommend everybody to try these tools, if you believe your mental health is in strife please reach out to either your GP or one of the mental health organisations at the back of this booklet.
