As the Accounts and Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the firm's office and trust accounts and ensuring the smooth running of the office.

Your duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Maintaining the office and trust accounts
  • Ensuring all tax and statutory reporting
  • Debtor management
  • Assisting the office manager with recruitment, induction, training, and performance management
  • Assisting with daily IT issues and troubleshooting
  • Overseeing legal support staff and delegating workflow


To be successful for this role, you must have:

  • Demonstrated experience with legal trust and office accounting in a legal practice
  • Experience as an office coordinator or office manager will be highly regarded
  • Advanced technical skills including MS Office Suite and legal practice management systems
  • Highly developed communication skills to effectively liaise with key stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills
