THE ROLE

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor you will become an integral team member.

The role will include but not be limited to:

  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Ensuring timely payment of supplier invoices through the weekly payment run
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Setting up new vendors and suppliers
  • Handle queries with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ad hoc duties as required

ABOUT YOU

To be successful for this role, will have ideally have:

  • Previous accounts or administrative experience is desirable
  • Law or accounting student will full-time availability
  • Intermediate computer skills including MS Office - Word and Excel essential
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities and deadlines
