About the role:
Working in a collaborative team environment, this role will see you work directly with the Partner across a wide range of Employment Law matters. With over a decade of specialised skills in Employment Law, they are looking to develop talented individuals who are passionate about this area of law.
Matters include (but are not limited to): Royal Commissions, WH&S, bullying, discrimination, harassment, misconduct, whistleblower investigations, breaches of codes of conduct, managing ill and injured employees and terminations. The team also advises on a range of strategic HR initiatives & policies for clients, plus specialised Executive contracts.
A bit about you:
Experience in Employment Law or Workplace Relations is essential, along with advanced drafting skills and a keen interest in developing your career among a team of talented individuals.
