The Role
Working closely with a new Partner you will advise on a diverse range of commercial matters. You will also be involved in
- Business sales and purchases
- Structuring advice, including shareholder's, joint venture, partnership and share sale agreements
- Franchising advice
- Trusts advice, including establishment, variations and changes of trustee
- Self managed superannuation establishment and roll overs
- Intellectual property, including trade mark applications
- Loan, security and factoring agreements
- PPSR securities
- Duty and GST
You
To be successful in this role you will have great experience ideal 2-3 YRS PAE . You will possess excellent technical drafting and research skills, ability to express complex problems in a clear and concise manner and excellent client rapport and relationships. Finally you will have a thirst to develop as this is a role that offers genuine career development.
