The Firm
Our client is a long-standing suburban law firm with several offices based in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. Due to continued growth and a solid pipeline of work, they are now looking to expand their Commercial Litigation team and recruit an experienced lawyer to join their team and work alongside two of their Partners.


You
This role will see you working within a great team of experienced lawyers who have specialist skills and who work on a range of interesting and varied matters, with the opportunity to meet with clients and run your own files.
You will act for a range of corporate and individual clients across many areas of civil litigation, including corporate/contractual disputes, building/construction disputes, property disputes and some insolvency matters. There may also be opportunities to work across other areas of the business.


To be successful
You will have experience working on general litigation matters with at least 4-5 years plus PQE in a similar role. You will have a willingness to get involved in some general commercial work also. In addition, you will have strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills.
