The Firm & Role
Our national law firm client has a stellar reputation in the area of commercial disputes. The partner acts for ASX-listed companies, government agencies, financial services companies. Due to growth, the partner is looking to appoint a 4 to 8 commercial disputes lawyer.
The work will include:
- regulatory investigations;
- corporate disputes;
- class actions;
- trade practices disputes.
This role will see you working very closely with a partner and working together on major, often high profile disputes.
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- 4 to 8 years pae in the area of commercial disputes
- Litigation and advisory skills
- Negotiation skills
- Creative thinking
- Communication skills
- Ability to work in a committed and high performing team
- Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Energy, drive and enthusiasm
