The Role

Our client is seeking a strong litigator, preferably with experience across all facets of commercial litigation.

You will be working alongside some of Victoria's most dynamic SA's, and Partners, in a fantastic firm that continues to grow and impress in the legal industry. We are seeking a detail oriented, bright and personable lawyer with min 4 or 5 years pae, who possesses strong written and oral communication skills, can take direction but work autonomously where required and who is ambitious and goal oriented. If you are more senior, with some management experience, we are also keen to hear from you as the role would see you mentoring junior solicitors and basically acting as 2IC to the Partner. No BD necessary as part of this role as there is a constant steady pipeline of work. Strong litigators of any variety will be considered.
