This role will see you working on major pieces of litigation, security of payments, adjudications, mediations, arbitrations as well as working on some of Australia's biggest infrastructure projects, procurement projects and major tenders. You will be involved in drafting project & delivery agreements, design and construction agreements, consultancy agreements. The split of the work will be more back-end than front-end and the work is of exceptional quality.
Skills & Experience
- You will have at least 5 years in the area of construction law
- Litigation, drafting, negotiation and strategic skills
- Ability to think outside the square
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a committed and high performing team
- Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Energy, drive and enthusiasm
