Our client is Australia's largest medical imaging provider. They pride themselves on their commitment to outstanding patient care and in doing so are seeking several additional experienced Contact Centre Operators to start with them immediately on a temporary basis.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide exceptional service and support to customers
- Answering a high volume of incoming calls
- Scheduling and rescheduling appointments
- Diary and calendar management
- Assisting with client enquiries via phone and email
You will have at least 2 years' experience in a customer service and administration role. Experience working in the medical industry would be advantageous. You will be highly motivated with a strong work ethic, a positive and pro-active attitude and have strong time management skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Furthermore, have the ability to work under pressure and problem solve efficiently.
