The Role -
- Provide administrative support for civil engineers and senior executives in day-to-day duties such as:
- Preparation of contracts, variations document control, attend meetings/minute taking, collating data and preparing reports, and all general ad hoc duties as required.
- Design and review approvals
- Client and sub-contractor communication with excellent management skills to direct sub-contract labour
- Procurement and end to end management of trade and supplier contracts

The best suited candidates will have:
- A minimum of 2 years administrative experience within the construction or project space is highly desirable
- The ability to work autonomously and within a team providing a high level of administrative support
- Digitally savvy, Microsoft Excel experience is highly regarded
- High attention to detail
