Contract Administrator - Brisbane | Attractive Salary |

The Role -

  • Provide administrative support for civil engineers and senior executives in day-to-day duties such as:
    • Preparation of contracts, variations document control, attend meetings/minute taking, collating data and preparing reports, and all general ad hoc duties as required.
  • Design and review approvals
  • Client and sub-contractor communication with excellent management skills to direct sub-contract labour
  • Procurement and end to end management of trade and supplier contracts

The best suited candidates will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years administrative experience within the construction or project space is highly desirable
  • The ability to work autonomously and within a team providing a high level of administrative support
  • Digitally savvy, Microsoft Excel experience is highly regarded
  • High attention to detail
