Our client, a specialist conveyancing law firm based at Noosaville are experiencing rapid growth, seeks an experienced Conveyancing Assistant. Duties include opening conveyancing files, first letters, data entry, searches, in house stamping, PEXA receipting and processing, trust receipting and cheque printing and general administration duties.
To be suitable for this position, you must have a minimum of 2 years Conveyancing Assistant experience within a law firm or real estate background. In addition, you will be a team player and have very good attention to detail.
Salary / Law Firm
Well established specialist conveyancing law firm based on the Sunshine Coast (Noosaville). The firm offers a base salary of up to $50,000 plus superannuation (dependent upon experience).
