Our client is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Clerk to join their close-knit team running conveyancing files autonomously from start to finish for residential sales and purchase files.
Your duties will include the following:
- Contract of Sale
- Transfers of Land
- Title searches
- Lodging forms
- Discharges of Mortgage
- File maintenance
- Organising settlements
- Maintaining precedent database
- Liaising with clients, other parties and internal staff
You must have at least 2 years' experience in a conveyancing role with a thorough understanding of working within a professional environment. In addition to this, you will also have:
- Excellent communication skills
- A can-do attitude to get the job done
- Ability to hit the ground running
- High level of attention to detail
