The role

As a Senior Conveyancing Paralegal, you will be running predominantly off the plan developer sale files from start to finish. You will be preparing contracts, dealing with clients, booking in settlements, using PEXA and general file management duties. You will work with a team of 3 Paralegals and report to the Partner.

Your experience

You will have a minimum of 4 years Qld or NSW Conveyancing Paralegal experience. Property Development Paralegal experience is not essential. PEXA experience is preferred but not essential.

The Law Firm

Progressive mid tier law firm based at Bundall. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience (between $60-70,000 + Super).
