Our client, a well-established firm with a small but friendly team, is seeking an experienced temporary Conveyancing Paralegal/Legal Secretary to join them. You will be responsible for assisting with running a small amount of residential conveyancing files A-Z, including preparing documents, searches, client liaison and some general secretarial duties including dictation (Wills and Estates, Commercial Litigation etc etc).
This position is available for an immediate commencement.
To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 2 years' previous QLD conveyancing paralegal experience running files A-Z, with strong computer literacy and prior knowledge of Affinity. In addition, you will also possess excellent time management skills, high attention to detail, as well as a positive attitude to your work.
