A well-established firm with a small but friendly team is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join them on a contract basis. You will be responsible for assisting with running residential conveyancing files A-Z, including preparing documents, searches, client liaison and some general secretarial duties.
This position is available for an immediate commencement. The hourly pay rate is dependent upon experience and onsite parking is available.
To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 3 years' previous QLD conveyancing paralegal experience running files A-Z, with strong computer literacy and prior knowledge of PEXA. Experience with sub-divisons and Off The Plan development contracts is highly regarded. In addition, you will also possess excellent time management skills, high attention to detail, as well as a positive attitude to your work.
