The Firm & The Role

My client is a well known national law firm with a growing corporate team, clients are mainly domestic but high profile companies. This new opportunity which has come about due to growth will see you working closely with a well-respected partner who have a burgeoning pipeline of work.

You will work with clients across a variety of industries such as aviation, mining, financial services, construction, FMG, retail.

A flavour of the work will include:

  • Private M&A
  • Joint ventures
  • Private equity
  • Shareholder buy-outs
  • Corporate restructures
  • Commercial contracts and general commercial advice

You will see your career grow from strength to strength and this is an opportunity to build your profile, have autonomy and client responsibility.

This opportunity would suit a top tier lawyer who wants more of work/life balance but not compromise on the quality of work. You will be working relatively sane hours in the corporate group.

You will currently be a Senior Associate or on the cusp of becoming a Senior Associate.
