3 to 8 year pae level role. Major corporate law firm. Tier 1 quality work. Be involved in high profile corporate transactions. Work with a blue chip client base. Absolute top of market salary package plus healthy incentive plan.

The Firm & The Role

My client is a major law firm and clients are a mix of local and international corporations, high profile and often house-hold name ASX-listed companies. This new opportunity will see you working closely with leading corporate partners on transactions. You will work collaboratively on deals and where appropriate lead deals and have high levels of responsibility.

You will work with clients across a variety of industries such as aviation, mining, financial services, construction, FMG, retail, manufacturing, resources, media, technology, superannuation.

This role will see you working on private M&A, ECM, public M&A, joint ventures and private equity. The deals vary in size and you will be also be involved in corporate advisory work.
