This leading firm now has an opportunity for a 2nd to 5th year lawyer who has a passion for corporate law to join their team. This is a very exciting opportunity to work closely with renowned partners and pre-eminent senior associates. As one of the only more junior team members you will have unprecedented access to the highest quality work. You will have your fill of a diverse range of high quality matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions/ commercial contracts, joint ventures due diligence and foreign investment. You will also work on matters of corporate law and governance. You will act for a broad range of high profile, household name brand domestic and international clients in the manufacturing, agribusiness, electricity and distribution sectors.
To be successful in this role you will have exceptional academics and relevant experience within corporate law. You will possess excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and a passion for client relationships. You will have excellent attention to detail and analytical skills which will be backed up by strong academics. Finally you will have a thirst to develop as this is a role that offers genuine career development.
