Job Description

The Firm & The Role

My client is a well known national law firm, clients are mainly domestic but high profile ASX-listed companies. This new opportunity will see you working closely with 3 partners, lead deals, have high levels of client responsibilities and you will also have the opportunity to mentor more junior lawyers in the team.

You will work with clients across a variety of industries such as aviation, mining, financial services, construction, FMG, retail, manufacturing, resources.

This role will see you working on private M&A, ECM, public M&A, joint ventures and private equity. The deals vary in size and you will be also be involved in corporate advisory work.

As well as working closely with the partners and their clients, you will have high levels of client responsibility, lead transactions on your own, foster strong client relationships, mentor and supervise more junior lawyers in the team.

This firm and team promotes only on merit and if you are ambitious, want to build your client base, the road to partnership is genuine.
