Our client is respectable top-tier law firm with offices globally that advises many of the biggest and most ambitious organisations across the globe handling important transactions and disputes.

As an eDiscovery Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering client data management products and services to clients of the firm as well as assisting with collecting and processing of data and managing the electronic database during the review process. This a permanent full-time position based in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or perth CBD office.
Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Collecting and processing of data in support of eDiscovery and legal review processes
  • Maintaining and administering electronic and hardcopy document management systems and eDiscovery databases and utilising tools to deliver legal technology solutions
  • Using project management skills to scope, plan, cost and schedule delivery of processing legal technology projects
  • Providing technical support to ensure data integrity, document security as well as troubleshooting problematic data

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:

  • Minimum 12 months' experience in a similar role using an eDiscovery data processing tools such as Relativity, NUIX, Workstation, EDT or similar
  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics or Law
  • Experience in project management, information management, IT or Law
  • Strong IT literacy and the ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels
