As an experienced member of this team, you will report to a variety of partners who are known as operating at the top level of the market. In this role you will have (appropriate to your level of experience, initiative and ability) responsibility for client management, mentoring more junior members of the team as well as being involved in business development and strategic growth of the group on a national level.
The work is a mix of litigious and advisory work. The work is more heavily IR disputes based acting for a number of major household name corporations.

To be considered for this role you will have gained your first rate employment law experience from a larger firm environment or specialist employment law firm. Commercial nous and superior technical skills are a must. A strong and consistent working background as well as academic history, is preferred.
