About the role:
Working in a collaborative team environment, this role will see you work directly with the Partner across a wide range of Employment Law matters. With well over a decade of specialised skills in Employment Law, she is looking to develop a talented individuals who is passionate about this area of law. The matters are all Employer related and range from billion dollar turnover organisations to SME's all are focused on the unique and trusting relationship that has been built
Matters include (but are not limited to):
- Royal Commissions
- breaches of codes of conduct
- managing ill and injured employees
You will also also advises on a range of strategic HR initiatives & policies for clients, plus specialised Executive contracts.
A bit about you:
Are you frustrated in private practice because you want more autonomy and to have more of the voice with clients? If so this opportunity is prefect for you. You will continue to grow and develop without the rigid programs that can at times exist in some firms
Experience in Employment Law or Workplace Relations is essential, along with advanced drafting skills and a keen interest in developing your career among a team of talented individuals. You will have at least 3yrs PAE within Employment law and be looking for the flexibility that only a boutique firm can provide.
Mentorship is assured as the Partner is experienced and keen to impart her knowledge. She is all about the law and doing an outstanding job for the clients.
