The partners in this team are actively looking to appoint an employment lawyer with at least 4 years pae. This role is very much a 'hands on' role and where you will have high levels of autonomy and client responsibility. You will manage and advise clients, appear before the Commission, go to Court, brief counsel, conduct seminars and workshops, prepare employment contracts and advise clients in relation to adverse actions, unfair dismissals, discrimination and bullying, awards. From time to time there will be IR and safety work.

Skills & Experience
- You will be an employment lawyer with at least 4 years pae, lawyers working in-house or for an employer association will be looked on favourably
- Strong drafting, advisory, litigation and strategy skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and work under pressure
- Passion for employment and workplace relations law
