This CBD full service commercial law firm has been growing, and indeed thriving throughout 2020. The firm is now seeking to add a talented, commercial, and forward-thinking employment lawyer, with initiative, and nous to their team.
You will be working for mainly employer clients of a full range of employment law related issues, including employment litigation. You will be offered excellent working conditions, mentoring and development. You will also be offered an excellent remuneration package, and very reasonable billable expectations.
You will have had prior experience handling claims regarding unfair dismissal, enforcement / breach of restraint of trade obligations, underpayment disputes, bullying & harassment, contract clause interpretation and dispute resolution. You will also have had prior experience in matters involving general protection or adverse action, representation at Fair Work, summary dismissal and termination - lawful dismissal and redundancy.
