This role is for a min 2 years post admission, experienced lawyer in workplace relations/employment law. The role reports to Partner/SA known as leaders in the field.
You will enjoy exposure to a broad range of advice and litigation related matters. You will advise on employment agreements, unfair dismissal proceedings, workplace harassment, enterprise bargaining agreements and restraints of trade.
This is a highly sought after opportunity to work alongside tremendously experienced practitioners who are focused on sharing their knowledge and mentoring their lawyers to achieve and surpass their potential.You must have a strong academic background, a consistent working history and a sincere desire to make your mark in this challenging area of law to be considered. You will also need strong communication and drafting skills as well as high level attention to detail.
