The Role
The key responsibilities for the role include:
- Deliver exceptional administrative support including managing confidential and sensitive documentation
- Prioritise tasks and complex diary management
- Coordinate and manage events, meetings and functions
- Travel management
- Efficiently manage incoming correspondence
- Deliver exceptional administrative support to the CIO and CLO to assist with the operation of Board and Subcommittee Board packs and meetings
- Minute taking for Board and Board Committee meetings to support the Company Secretary
- Undertake operational duties associated with Board meetings
- Management of agendas, papers, minutes, following up on actions, booking resources and catering as required
- Ensure the smooth running of the General Manager Legal & Governance and Chief Information Officer by addressing issues promptly
- Prepare and format reports and documents within short time frames
- Create and maintain procedures and a confidential records system
- Record minutes of meetings and maintain meeting action registers as required
- This role will report directly into the General Manager Legal and Governance for leave purposes
- General administration duties as directed.
You
To be successful in this role you will l have:
- 5+ years' experience in providing executive-level administrative support preferable within a legal environment/law firm
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work autonomously,
- The ability to conceptualise and draft communications and presentations
- Strong attention to detail
- High degree of accuracy, with proficient grammar and spelling
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and take initiative
- Contribute to a positive work environment
