The firm is looking to recruit senior practitioners to lead their business and grow the firm and themselves. With a Queensland presence in Brisbane CBD the firm is looking to establish offices on the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and other regions of Queensland where the population supports a specialist family law firm.
You will have autonomy to establish the office, build the brand, and make yourself the public face of the firm in your region. You will be supported by the current State Head of Legal and the managed and board of the frim to be a success in every aspect of law and legal operations. You will be part of the state leadership team and help shape the company on a national stage.
In this role you will enjoy the ability to lead, undertake quality work with the opportunity to be involved in all family law areas including divorce and separation matters, parenting disputes and children's matters, financial agreements, mediations, property settlements and appeals. Most importantly you will have a voice in the management and direction of the firm.
You will be a law firm owner, existing partner, senior practitioner, with over several years' experience and appropriate qualifications:
- Alternatively you will be a highly driven younger lawyer with greater aspirations for yourself in your career.
- You will have a client following and/or an ability to grow referral networks.
- You will be ambitious with needs for achievement, affiliation and leadership.
- You will have built a personal brand.
- You will be a strong producer.
- You want to lead.
Currently you will be an owner, partner or special counsel/senior associate equivalent. You might be looking for merge your firm with a bigger specialist company. You might be disenfranchised with being a family law practitioner in a mixed practice where family law is not recognised for its unique contribution. You personally may not be recognised for your contriution to your firm. You might be seeking support to progress your career to its fullest potential.
