The team is expert in all aspects of family law from negotiation to ADR, mediation, and collaborative law to litigation, if necessary. The team are known for their in depth knowledge and expertise in dealing with the financial consequences of relationship breakdowns as well as advising on preventative measures for clients entering into relationships.
To be considered for this role, you must have consistent prior experience in a well-regarded Family Law team. Your experience will span property disputes, including complex matters involving businesses, companies and trusts. You will have experience in financial agreements including asset protection, superannuation agreements, spousal maintenance, children's, same sex matters, relocation matters, paternity issues, child support, and family violence and intervention orders as well as divorce.
