This Construction Team has earned a well-deserved reputation for servicing an impressive and loyal client base with excellent quality construction and projects work. It is also known for its expert Partners and camaraderie between team members.

Not only does this team get involved in some of the Asia-Pacific region's most high profile and significant projects, it leads in public and private projects across major infrastructure, construction, and engineering. This firm undertakes more work in PPPs than any other Australian law firm. The Construction Team advises owners, developers, Government agencies, financiers, project managers and contractors. They are expert in the purely legal as well as the commercial and practical aspects of projects.


An opportunity has now arisen for an experienced and forward thinking front end Construction Lawyer to join this dedicated national construction practice. Ideally you will be a "big picture person", practical, with a keen desire to seize an opportunity in a team where promotion is based on merit and opportunities abound.

To be considered for this role, you will need demonstrated experience in project documentation and advice. You will be skilled in drafting, negotiating, reviewing and advising on the full gamut of construction contracts and agreements as well as advising on all facets of construction law and legislation. Ideally you will be coming from a similarly high level environment, working on challenging and complex transactions and leading and mentoring more junior team members while reporting to accessible partners.
