In this role you will provide technical support, using JIRA or MAXIMO, to track tickets, close them and report maintenance SLAs and KPIs.

About the role?

  • Maintaining systems, meeting KPIs and SLAs
  • Utilising MAXIMO to manage service requests and evaluate preventative and corrective actions
  • Tracking defects, resolution times and fixes.



About you?

  • An experienced Systems or Software Engineer with a track record in working in technical support or helpdesk
  • Understanding of Windows servers, databases, networking, and traffic management systems would be advantageous
  • Proactive problem-solving approach, adaptability and willingness to learn new things, and strong interpersonal skills
