The Role

Our client is seeking a HR Administrator to assist and support a busy Director. Responsibilities will include:

  • Monitor the People & Culture inbox, incoming calls and walk in enquiries
  • Manage administrative activities for the Director
  • Data entry of professional development records and personal information
  • Management of standard reports, compliance activities, and requesting for information
  • Manage and assist with onboarding, leave and departures
  • Draft letters of offers, contracts, and other standard employment letters
  • Administrative assistance to support talent acquisition processes


  • Adaptable and willing to learn new systems and processes
  • Similar experience in a HR Administration/Coordinator role (minimum of 2 years' experience)
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Enjoy the challenge of juggling competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive and pro-active attitude
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A desire to study or part way through your HR Degree/ Business is highly desirable
