Our client is a premier law firm who are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their fantastic team.
As a key member of the People and Culture team your responsibilities will include:
- Assist and advise on recruitment nationally
- Develop learning programs that assist with employee performance
- Manage employee orientation, development and training
- Assist with job advertisements in various media
- Liaise with external agencies
- Ethically resolve any HR issues
- Undertake performance management
- Manage workplace health & safety issues
- Ensure policies are implemented effectively within the firm
- General day to day administration
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience as a HR generalist/Advisor
- Relevant HR tertiary qualification
- Excellent internal client relationship management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
