Our client is a premier law firm who are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their fantastic team.
As a key member of the People and Culture team your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist and advise on recruitment nationally
  • Develop learning programs that assist with employee performance
  • Manage employee orientation, development and training
  • Assist with job advertisements in various media
  • Liaise with external agencies
  • Ethically resolve any HR issues
  • Undertake performance management
  • Manage workplace health & safety issues
  • Ensure policies are implemented effectively within the firm
  • General day to day administration

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience as a HR generalist/Advisor
  • Relevant HR tertiary qualification
  • Excellent internal client relationship management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
