As a member of the firm's busy workers compensation Insurance division, which acts for a broad range of clients. You will act in merit review cases in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal ('AAT') and on judicial review applications to the Federal Court of Australia. Other work includes advising various federal agencies and departments, including the Department of Defence, on a wide range of administrative law issues such as freedom of information, privacy, natural justice and merits and judicial review.

You will require a minimum of 1-3 years post admission experience in workers compensation matters and ideally the ability to have carriage of your own files, under supervision. A strong client service ethic, attention to detail and a keen desire to develop your career in insurance law are also necessary.
