The Role

You will be joining a leading insurance partner and a dynamic team of lawyers, advising a broad range of clients from industries as diverse as engineering, architecture, medicine, law, finance and other professional services.

The work mix includes disputes involving negligence and breaches of statute and contract, product and general liability, Directors & Officer claims, business interruption and Industrial Special Risks Insurance policies.

You

Ideally you will have at least 3 years PAE in defendant-based insurance law, professional indemnity, negligence law, and a strong procedural knowledge of the District Court and Supreme Court rules.
