The role

As a Legal Assistant, you will work in the Insurance Litigation (Public Liability, CTP and Professional Indemnity) department. You will support a Partner and the team. Your duties will include some dictation of court documents and correspondence, preparation of Briefs to Counsel, dealing with clients and screening of calls, monthly billings, time sheet entry, diary management, organising meetings, organising travel and accommodation, AMEX reconciliations and general administration duties.

Your experience

You will have 3-5 years Legal Secretary experience, ideally in insurance litigation. A minimum of 60 wpm and intermediate Word skills are also essential.

The Firm / Salary

National Law Firm based in the Brisbane CBD. 50 staff in their Brisbane office. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience (between $70,000 - $75,000 package including super).
