As a Legal Secretary, you will work in the Insurance Litigation department. You will support a Partner and his team. Your duties will include some dictation of court documents and correspondence, preparation of Briefs to Counsel, dealing with clients and screening of calls, monthly billings, timesheet entry, diary management, organising meetings, organising travel and accommodation, AMEX reconciliations and general administration duties.
You will have minimum 3 years Legal Secretary experience, ideally in insurance litigation. A minimum of 60 wpm and intermediate Word skills are also essential.
