The Team & The Role
The intellectual property team is highly rated in Australia and they have expertise in intellectual property litigation, trade marks, copyright, patents, design, domain names, anti-counterfeiting, advertising and labelling.
On a day to day basis you will be involved in breach of copyright claims, trade mark infringements, patent litigation, trade mark enforcements, breach of confidentiality, misleading & deceptive conduct claims, media & IT disputes as well as general commercial litigation claims.
- Well respected commercial law firm or leading boutique IP team experience
- At least 5 years pae
- Significant IP litigation experience, drafting and advising skills, communication and interpersonal skills
- Australian qualified and experienced is preferable but our client will consider overseas experience
- Ability to work in a committed team
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
