You will be working as a Receptionist in a national law firm and your duties will include meet and greet of clients, answering a switchboard, managing 6 meeting rooms and booking of these, organising external catering, making teas and coffees, archiving, cab charges, assisting with meeting room set up, couriers and general administration tasks. Hours of work are 8am - 5.00pm.
Corporate, polished presentation is essential as well as an impeccable phone manner and a strong client-service ethic. A minimum of 4 years experience as a Receptionist in a legal or corporate services/professional services environment is essential.
