Junior Administrator Role - Brisbane

The Role

Our client thrives on a culture of providing highly personalised and genuine customer service throughout Australia.

They are seeking for a Junior Administrator to assist their operations team. You will be working closely with the Operations Managers to assist with their daily tasks. Responsibilities will include:

  • Incoming and outgoing mail
  • Answering incoming calls and transferring calls
  • General office duties such as ordering stationery, kitchen and cleaning supplies, shredding, and greeting visitors
  • Banking
  • Contacting creditors sourcing statements of accounts
  • Data entry (inputting invoices)


The ideal candidate for this position will ideally have commenced either a commerce or accounting degree and have a minimum of 6 months previous experience in an administrative role.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong time management and organisation skills;

  • Motivated and keen to learn;
  • Be a team player;
