As an Accounts Administrator, you will be supporting a Finance Manager of a mid tier law firm Your duties will include accounts payable, accounts receivable, trust and general reconciliations, leave entitlements, payroll for 65 staff (using HR3 Payroll system), trust investments, end of month reporting, back up trust accounting, monthly reporting, billing enquiries, management of write offs, archiving and general admin duties.
The salary on offer for this role is up to $65,000 plus superannuation, dependent upon experience.
To be suitable for this role, you will have a minimum of 3 years' accounts experience within a law firm environment. Payroll experience is also essential.
