The Firm

Our client is an international top-tier firm with offices throughout Europe, North America and Asia that advises many of the biggest and most ambitious organisations across the globe handling important transactions and disputes.

The Role

You will be working as an integral part of the Disputes team who provide a broad range of services including due diligence, document review, research, and other fee-earning work. This team works closely with the specialist eDiscovery team and are responsible for the delivery of top excellent, cost-effective legal services for their clients. You will also work with other practice groups within the firm assisting on high volume work providing front-end legal services.

Working closely with managers and solicitors in the firm, your duties will include:

  • Document review
  • Ensuring due diligence and compliance on matters
  • Preparation of witness bundles
  • Drafting chronologies
  • Gain exposure to a range of national and international clients and industries
  • Providing general support to the team

Qualifications and Skill Base

  • LLB or equivalent
  • Current Australian practising certificate desirable
  • Language skills highly regarded

  • Demonstrated work experience in a corporate environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and diligence
