This leading Australian law firm is well-known for delivering outstanding service to their clients while working collaboratively with them to continually exceed expectations.


As the legal assistant, you will be providing high level support to a partner and a team of senior lawyers in the property team on a permanent full-time basis.

Your main duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Managing multiple calendars and arranging appointments
  • Answering and directing phone calls and messages
  • Preparing and drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Liaising with clients and external stakeholders
  • Conducting property searches and lodging online documents
  • Managing client files and undertaking PEXA related tasks
  • Time recording and billing


To be successful in this position you will ideally have experience in a legal environment in addition to:

  • Experience as a legal assistant supporting lawyers in a property or litigation practice
  • Strong computer skills utilising Microsoft Office Suite and legal doc management software
  • Experience using PEXA and Duties Online will be highly regarded
  • Excellent communication skills to confidently liaise with clients and stakeholders
  • Professional presentation with a positive and proactive attitude
